Nepal Government, Department of Custom, requires Advance Payment Certificate (APC) for export and customs clearance by both air and sea cargo. To issue APC and proceed the order further to production, you have to transfer at least 50% or total product cost in advance in our bank account. Then, we will issue an Advance Payment Certificate in short APC on behalf of your order.
Before order confirmation, we will forward the Proforma Invoice through email or any other messaging platform. It is the first step in placing an order. Proforma Invoice is the order quotation which lists out the orders you placed with rates and quantities at the specified date.
The buyer needs to write us an email agreeing on the Proforma Invoice and we will send Final Invoice with shipping charges.
We recommend you to send us the payment together including shipping charge which will save Bank transfer charges.
